
Event partnership
LUMA partners with community events to promote international, interdisciplinary (or inter-axis) initiatives or training activities related to the techniques developed on the LUMA Infrastructure Hub platforms.
Eligibility criteria
Scientists affiliated with a national research organization wishing to organize a scientific event to highlight the activities of the LUMA PEPR. A minimum of six months must elapse between initial contact and the date of the event.
Support provided
LUMA’s involvement in partner events can take several forms:
• Contribution to program organization (by members of the LUMA CoDir or COMEX) ;
• Financial contribution to the organization (provisional budget to be provided) ;
• Communication of the event using LUMA’s resources (newsletter, website, LinkedIn, etc.).

All applications must be submitted using the online form.
Evaluation and selection
Applications are evaluated on an ongoing basis by the program management team according to the following criteria :
• Relevance of the event to the themes of the LUMA PEPR ;
• Promotion of internationalization, interdisciplinarity, or platforms ;
• Support for the participation of young researchers ;
• Consistency of the budget.
