User charter
Requests for access to LUMA platforms are open to all academic users in the national community, on a project basis. For full details, see the LUMA Infrastructure Hub user charter.
Open science
The applicant undertakes to deposit scientific publications (full text) in an open archive, either directly in the HAL multidisciplinary open archive, or via a local institutional archive, under the conditions of Article L. 533-4 of the Research Code, created by Article 30 of Law no. 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016 for a Digital Republic.

Publications
All scientific publications must bear the following acknowledgement: “This work has been supported by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche as. part of the France 2030 investment plan though the PEPR LUMA program, under the reference ‘ANR-22-EXLU-0002 (for ultrafast) or ANR-22-EXLU-0003 (for operando)” , as well as the PEPR LUMA logo (poster or oral communication).
Evaluation
The Infrastructure Hub has set up a peer review procedure via a Committee of Experts. Each project will be scientifically evaluated by two independent experts, after the technical feasibility has been examined by the facility.
